This video consists of Britain declaring war on Nazi Germany after Adolf Hitler breaks the agreement on not invading neighbouring Poland. Poland was invaded September 1st, however, the declaration was proclaimed September 3rd.

The Second World War

On September 1st 1939 Germany invaded Poland. When demanded to withdraw, Germany stayed in position. This was a major catalyst for events in Europe.
